Sandwiches and miscellaneous The Variety platter - Sandwich platter with an assortment marinated and grilled chicken breast, sliced ham, oven-roasted sliced turkey breast, oven-roasted beef, assorted cheeses cold chicken salad, cold tuna salad and vegetarian sandwich’s. All of these sandwiches are made with an assortment of breads including multi-grain rolls, ciabatta bread, focaccia bread, Italian bread and French bread and they can be cut into banquet size portions. The platter is garnished with lettuce, sliced tomatoes and pickles and accompanied with a variety of remoulades, mayonnaise and sauces. $7.00 per person
Vegetable platter with assorted seasonal vegetables served with a fresh dill remoulade and ranch dip. $1.40 per person
Fruit salad or a seasonal fruit platter with a cream cheese dip $1.40 per person. - We also offer all of the above items by the full pan or half pan, which are available for delivery or pick up. Some items may need a 24 hour notice.
- Beverages such as coffee, hot tea, iced tea, water and soft drinks are also available upon request.
Other information and policies
- Security deposit of $2.00 per person is needed to hold the date of choice.
- Security deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- All menu prices are subject to change at owner’s discretion due to fluctuating food prices.
- Menu must be finalized 10 days prior to event.
- Guaranteed number of guests must be confirmed 7 days prior to event. No deductions are allowed after this time.
- Applicable sales tax and 18% service charge will be added to all dinners.
- All credit card payments will be charged a 3% transaction fee.
- The Fifth Season Catering Company will not be held responsible for damage or loss of personal articles.
- If The Fifth Season supplies linens for tables there will be an additional charge of $.50 per person.
- All bills less deposit are due at the conclusion of the event.
- A charge of $.30 per person will be charged if glassware, dishes and silverware is being supplied by the Fifth Season.
- A charge of $.25 per person will be charged if plastic dishes, paper napkins and plastic flatware are needed.

Parmesan-Romano Crusted Chicken Breast – 6 oz. Boneless chicken breast coated with a blend of parmesan and Romano cheeses, oven-baked and topped with a spinach Alfredo sauce. $4.15 per person Meatballs and sauce – The Fifth Season’s own meatballs made with ground veal and pecorino Romano cheese and baked. $1.25 per person Pasta marinara – Choice of pasta served in marinara sauce $1.05 per person Sautéed garlic green beans $1.05 per person Tossed salad with choice of three different dressings $1.05 per person Bread or rolls and butter $0.30 per person
Total price per person price is $8.85 plus applicable tax and gratuity.
*Delivery and/or set up charges may apply. *If you need plastic plates, bowls, flat ware and napkins it will be an additional $0.50 per person. *If service is needed during the whole event, additional charges will apply.
